Zoe is the CEO & Co-Founder of New Wave Biotech, where they're developing AI bioprocess optimisation software empowering synthetic biology innovators get products to market quicker, better and at lower cost. By doing this, they aim to accelerate the sustainable transformation of our supply chains.

Prior to New Wave Biotech, Zoe spent 10 years mostly as a consultant launching new products, services and ventures for Fortune 500 companies, mostly focused on data-related and emerging tech propositions. She has worked across many sectors, including: Finance, Energy, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Ship Services, Media, Software etc.

Beyond her work, Zoe also supports the startup community through training, speaking and coaching to entrepreneurs via organisations such as The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN), Hatch Enterprise, Hyper Island, City University, Cambridge University Impulse Programme and Women in Synthetic Biology.
