What is Inspiring Interns and how did it come about?
Ben Rosen founded Inspiring Interns & Graduates in 2009, at a time of uncertainty, dismay and recession. He noticed young job seekers had difficulty finding their first graduate job or internship. He noticed companies were very keen to recruit young ambitious talent but had no idea where to find these candidates.
Ben spotted a gap in the market and knew he had to create a shared space for graduates and employers to meet. He had a vision of what the future of recruitment could become and developed the idea of the video CV.
Inspiring Interns & Graduates was the first recruitment company to use this innovative technique which has proved to be very successful. Since then, we have placed 7500 graduates into the workplace. We offer careers in analytics, marketing, sales, office support, design and many more.
Who makes up the Inspiring Interns team?
Inspiring Interns is made up of a team of young, talented professionals who help people their own age find their dream job. With many of our team having undergone the stressful job hunt themselves in recent times, it makes our team much more relatable to job-seeking graduates who have the ambition to get their foot on the career ladder.
