Jessica began her career working for charities with a focus on women and young people, both in the UK and abroad. She has worked in operational and programme management roles in the third sector ever since and continues to have a focus on people development in her work. Before joining the Public Practice team, she managed development and recruitment programmes for a learning and development consultancy in the non-profit sector.
