Lunch Time Meditations with Embrace Meditation

Hey there! Join us for a relaxing midday break at Better Space on April 24th, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Take a moment to unwind and de-stress with our guided meditation sessions led by Juliana Lottman from Embrace Meditation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, everyone is welcome to come and enjoy some peace and tranquility during your lunch break. See you there!

Every session will give you the opportunity to experience a different type of meditation and you will have the option to choose between two slots on each date as detailed below.

Schedule:

17 April:13:00 - 13:45 & 13:45 - 14:30 – Mantra meditation. Receive a mantra and learn how to use the mantra to help clear the mind.

24 April: 13:00 - 13:45 & 13:45 - 14:30 – Walking meditation. Experiment with a moving meditation using your entire body, and body awareness as the focal point.

About Embrace Meditation:

Juliana Lottmann, an experienced and dedicated meditation teacher, specializes in addressing the root causes of ailments through a decade of focused studies. With expertise in various meditation forms, mindfulness, and breathwork, Juliana offers a diverse range of tools for individuals to choose what suits them best.

Her strong affinity for Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) led her to become a certified PSM teacher through the Chopra Centre. PSM, as she describes it, is a transcendent journey of self-discovery that promotes healing of the mind and body, enhancing productivity in life.

Juliana also conducts meditation circles, fostering community and support through peer groups and healing rituals. Passionate about working with children, she is a certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor, emphasizing mindfulness and age-appropriate breathwork. With diplomas in Kids’ Mental Health and Understanding Autism, Juliana is well-equipped to support children in various contexts, helping them reach their full potential.
