Lunch Time Meditations with Embrace Meditation
Hey there! Join us for a relaxing midday break at Better Space on March 6, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Take a moment to unwind and de-stress with our guided meditation sessions led by Juliana Lottman from Embrace Meditation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, everyone is welcome to come and enjoy some peace and tranquility during your lunch break. See you there!
Every session will give you the opportunity to experience a different type of meditation and you will have the option to choose between two slots on each date as detailed below.
Schedule:
6 March: 13:00 - 13:45 & 13:45 - 14:30 - So Hum, a combination of mantra and breath. This ancient and very popular meditation is an easy practice enjoyed by beginners and experienced meditators.
12 March: 13:00z - 13:45 & 13:45 - 14:30 - Dirgha Pranayama or yogic breathing is the base of all breathwork. This 3-part breathwork will help you learn how to use your entire lung capacity, bring clarity to the mind, and to activate the parasympathetic nervous system
17 April:13:00 - 13:45 & 13:45 - 14:30 – Mantra meditation. Receive a mantra and learn how to use the mantra to help clear the mind.
24 April: 13:00 - 13:45 & 13:45 - 14:30 – Walking meditation. Experiment with a moving meditation using your entire body, and body awareness as the focal point.
