About Dr. Nettra Pan

Dr. Nettra Pan is an expert in Entrepreneurship and a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at Bayes Business School in London. As part of the Entrepreneurship subject group, she is dedicated to researching and teaching purpose-driven innovation and new venture strategies.

With a focus on understanding how founders create and fund organizations that align with their personal, social, and environmental goals, Dr. Pan's research explores the relationship between founder and investor cognition, and its impact on new venture identity and performance. She has presented her findings at numerous international conferences and has been published in respected outlets such as the Academy of Management Review.

In addition to her work on purpose-driven ventures, Dr. Pan is also studying creative entrepreneurship and the role of blockchain technology in community governance and post-capitalist organizing. She approaches her work as a practitioner-scholar and is committed to creating and sharing knowledge, particularly with and about marginalized communities.
