Harriet is proud of their public service and is passionate about (anti)poverty, education, community, place making, inclusion and social justice.

Taking a people-first approach to leadership, Harriet builds inclusive and compassionate teams. Key to their leadership style is creating a sense of belonging among team members, and mentoring and coaching colleagues to help them to grow and thrive.

They were selected for the The Planner’s Women of Influence list in 2019 for their work on diversity & inclusion and planning reform in the civil service.
