If they feel okay, they can stay active right up to the birth of their baby.' It is very important to stay hydrated throughout the class and take as many breaks as required. Some exercises can be done seated if that is more comfortable.
Children can take part in the session also. Young babies can be strapped on non pregnant mothers or stand on the floor. It is ok for babies/young children to be in a pushchair if that is where they are most comfortable.
